Hollaroo is delighted to announce that they are working with Omni to provide a Talent Pipelining solution for their customer ISS, a leading workplace experience and facility management company.
Omni is a leading independent provider of resourcing transformation and outsourced recruitment services. Omni partnered with Hollaroo to address the challenges of recruiting in a competitive hiring market and to transition ISS from a reactive recruitment process to a proactive model, tapping into a huge market of passive job seekers and attracting the brightest and best talent.
Hollaroo implemented their Talent Pipeline solution to include two communities; Open Talent for anyone that is interested in working at ISS and Qualified Talent which is managed as invitation only for pre-qualified candidates, collectively referred to as TalentPlace. The solution provides an adaptive experience for candidates based on their needs and current job-seeking preferences, allowing them to have total control over elements such as the enrolment process, visibility to other users and access to relevant content.
This proactive approach to recruitment recognises that ISS has a constant need for building talent pools and the solution will deliver up to three times more candidates by providing a space for learning and communication, separated from the hiring process. TalentPlace was created and integrated into ISS’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system to supply a seamless and adaptive candidate experience; passive job seekers are nurtured until the time is right for them to progress and active job seekers can apply and be tracked through TalentPlace.
Hugh Fordham, CEO of Hollaroo said, “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Omni RMS and ISS on board and help them achieve their goals of engaging with top-quality candidates and provide an abundant talent pipeline for them. Despite only going live at the end of June, we’ve already seen some fantastic results which will reduce time to hire, reduce agency usage and most importantly create a positive candidate experience”.
Louise Shaw, Managing Director of Omni said, “Omni is focused on delivering innovative transformation solutions for resourcing teams and we’re delighted to be working with Hollaroo to support ISS and their hiring needs. Hollaroo’s solutions are allowing us to cultivate talent pools over time through continually nurturing relationships and building networks, this results in filling skills gaps more quickly, ensuring a better culture fit and retention and using current and former staff as brand ambassadors. This is a great solution for us to be able to offer ISS, and other organisations, across all industries.”
Debbie Dobson, People & Culture Transformation Director said “We are delighted with the addition of the TalentPlace platform through Omni’s partnership with Hollaroo. Not only does it support our hiring requirements and deliver tangible benefits, it also enables more direct engagement with the talent marketplace to promote our brand and support our Company of Belonging strategic initiative. We are really excited to see the results generated from this partnership.”
